Working Student (f/m/d) in Strategic Space Management and Workplace Transformation

Independent support in partial planning tasks in conceptual space and area planning. Processing and further development of floor plans for modern and future-proof working environments. Careful determination, structured preparation, and compilation of relevant project data. Creation of meaningful presentation and decision-making documents for projects, coordination, and decision-making processes. Creative and solution-oriented further development of existing working methods with AutoCAD. Updating and maintenance of area and project data in the CAFM tool Planon. Significant participation in the implementation of AI in space management.

Ongoing studies in architecture, interior architecture, facility management, or a comparable degree program, at least in the 4th semester. Interest in real estate economics, project planning, and the design of modern working environments. Proficient use of common MS Office applications. Very good knowledge of AutoCAD. Enjoyment in working with common AI tools, initial practical experience, and openness to digital further development. Structured, careful, and reliable working style. Commitment, team orientation, and enjoyment in contributing own ideas.
