Working Student (f/m/d) Commercial Property Management

Support in object management: Preparation and execution of rental and leasing processes as well as property sales. Support of owners and tenants: Service-oriented support of tenants, users, owners, and interested parties with focus on contract management and communication. Budget planning and control: Planning and monitoring of budgets as well as strategic and operational planning of real estate projects. Data management: Data maintenance in ERP system and preparation of monthly reports.

Current studies in real estate management, property management, or comparable, at least 3rd semester. Affinity for real estate business and project planning. Proficient in MS Office. Initial experience with SAP, ideally SAP RE-FX, is an advantage. Reliable, careful, and structured work approach. High level of commitment and teamwork skills.
