- #Agentic HR: You will help build an agentic HR organization in which specialized AI agents support HR processes, accompanying development from initial ideas and prototypes through to productive use
- #Multi-Agent Systems: You will support the design, development, and orchestration of AI agents with Microsoft Azure AI, especially Azure AI Foundry, Agent Service, and Azure OpenAI. This also includes prompt engineering, connecting tools, and designing agent workflows
- #System Integration: You will help connect our HR systems, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG HRServiceDelivery, and SAP Employee Central Payroll through APIs and interfaces, and work with data models and data flows
- #Use Case Design: You will identify and assess possible uses for AI agents in HR, such as employee self-service, case management, payroll inquiries, or talent processes
- #Requirements Management: You will help capture and structure requirements from the HR business and document them as user stories, acceptance criteria, and agent specifications
- #Quality Assurance: You will test AI agents, develop suitable evaluation scenarios, and assess the quality and reliability of their answers, using the results to identify improvements
- #Responsible AI: You will work on data protection, authorization concepts, guardrails, and compliance so that AI agents can be used responsibly with sensitive HR data
- #Project Support: You will prepare presentations, demos, and status reports, support coordination with stakeholders, and keep track of open project-management tasks
What you need
- You are enrolled in a master's degree program in #Computer Science, #Business Informatics, #Data Science, #Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- You already have initial practical experience with #generative AI, #Large Language Models, or #AI agents, for example through projects, theses, hackathons, or internships
- You have #Python skills and ideally have already worked with frameworks such as #Semantic Kernel, #AutoGen, or #LangChain
- Ideally, you have initial experience with Microsoft #Azure and #cloud services or would like to deepen your knowledge in this area
- You are interested in #HR processes and their technical implementation; knowledge of #SAP SuccessFactors, #UKG, or #SAP Payroll is a plus
- Very good German and English language skills
