What you'll do
- Process Automation: You support the digitalization and automation of business processes with AI-supported methods and tools
- Electricity Bill Verification: In this role, you check and validate consumption, price, and billing data based on contractual and legal requirements
- Data Analysis: You evaluate Excel-based data sets and prepare results for reporting and decision-making purposes
- MS Excel: You create, maintain, and further develop tables, logic, and data structures for operational and analytical processes
- AI Applications: You contribute to the conception and further development of automated solutions, for example for the verification of electricity bills
- Process Optimization: You identify improvement opportunities in existing verification and data processes and support their implementation
What you need
- You are enrolled in an ongoing degree program and are interested in process automation and digital business processes
- First exposure to electricity bill verification, billing logic, or structured data verification is helpful for this role
- Good knowledge of data analysis and confident handling of structured data sets, ideally in Excel-based evaluations
- Confident handling of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office; experience with MS Access is additionally helpful
- Interest in AI applications and participation in the further development of automated tools and solutions
- A structured way of working helps you to handle topics related to process optimization in a comprehensible and clean manner
- You have a strong command of German, both written and spoken
