What you'll do
- You answer customer inquiries, process delivery dates, and coordinate delivery postponements
- You process and create return slips in SAP
- In addition, you are responsible for sending documents such as order confirmations, delivery notes, and analysis certificates
- Moreover, obtaining and archiving signatures for return documents and temperature logs is part of your tasks
- Furthermore, you actively communicate with customers to optimize order documents
What you need
- Current full-time studies in business administration or a comparable degree program
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Reliability and careful, structured working style
- Excellent communication skills, both written and by telephone
