Working Student (m/f/d) Leasing

Process requests for contract changes, extensions, billing and reassignments. Technical review and processing of leasing contracts and other portfolio processes. Assist in the review and approval of vehicle and accessory invoices. Support in the preparation of billing and commission credits. Process deviations between leasing calculation and invoice. Manage and settle open receivables and support account management processes. Communicate with customers, external contacts and colleagues. Contribute to process optimization and quality assurance. Take on special tasks and support projects (e.g. e-mobility). Analyze credit data and support credit decisions. Create reports and analyses for risk management.

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in a business-related degree program. Good communication skills and customer orientation. Team player, self-initiative and sense of responsibility. Care, conscientiousness and independent work. Advanced Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge. Proficient use of MS Office products. High adaptability and willingness to learn. Ideally you are available for a period of at least 18 months starting soon.
