Together with the team, you design and document business processes using BPMN 2.0.
You analyse existing workflows and contribute your own ideas for improving and developing processes.
You support process workshops with different departments.
You actively contribute to projects that digitalise, automate and continuously improve business processes.
You gain insights into project and programme portfolio management and help coordinate and manage projects.

You are studying Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management or a similar subject.
You are interested in process improvement, digitalisation and modern technologies, and have an analytical approach.
Ideally, you have some practical experience in process management, operational excellence or organisational development.
You communicate well, enjoy working with different people and approach tasks independently.
You are confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ideally have some knowledge of Signavio, LeanIX or similar tools.
