What you'll do
- Support in the implementation of projects in the area of HR systems, processes and AI
- Participation in the optimization of internal work processes, e.g., through AI and automation
- Support in the implementation of new tools and methods, especially AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Independent research on current technical topics, new technologies in the HR environment
- Creation, analysis and standardization of documentation
What you need
- Ongoing studies in business administration or (business) informatics
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as sound knowledge and practical experience with AI (e.g., generative AI, prompting)
- Interest in IT topics, HR processes and AI applications as well as organizational and analytical skills
- Independent and structured way of working, initiative, quick comprehension, teamwork, creativity and communication skills
- Good German and English skills in word and writing
