What you will do

  • You will play a central role in the organization of our training and development measures - from meticulous preparation to comprehensive follow-up.
  • You will provide intensive support in day-to-day operations and actively participate in responsible, varied projects.
  • You will support the optimization of HR development modules in our HR software and drive the development of suitable solutions.
  • You will participate in leadership development programs and proactively contribute your own ideas.
  • Based on your targeted research into current trends and topics in HR development and further training, you will develop well-founded recommendations for action.
  • As a contact person, you will advise employees and managers from all departments on topics related to further training management.

What you need

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable degree program and share our passion for HR development
  • Open, empathetic communication, quick comprehension, and a structured way of working are among your strengths
  • You enjoy working on new topics with initiative, a structured approach, and project management competence
  • You enjoy proactively contributing ideas and concepts and taking on responsibility
  • You work safely and efficiently with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • You impress with very good German and good English skills
