Invoice processing: As a working student in Procurement-Accounts Payable, you support the team in the daily processing of incoming invoices from domestic and foreign sources.
Reconciliation process: You help your team clarify open items and other inquiries.
Communication: You handle communication with invoice issuers and internal contact persons in your area of responsibility.
Creditor management: You support us in maintaining creditor master data.
Project work: You support ongoing projects using AI applications and actively contribute.

Academic background: Working student in Procurement-Accounts Payable with at least three completed semesters of a bachelor's degree in business administration. Career changers with suitable qualities are also welcome.
Software skills: Proficient use of common MS Office applications required, ideally first knowledge of S4 Hana (SAP) and basic familiarity with AI systems.
Language skills: Very good German and good English skills in word and writing.
Work style: Independent, service-oriented and fast way of working, high quality awareness and the ability to work concentrated, precisely and reliably even under pressure round off your qualifications.
