What you will do

You support us with customer surveys, interviews and comprehension tests, from preparation and execution through to evaluation
You analyze survey results, customer feedback and customer inquiries. Together with the team, you use these insights to determine where customers need support and how we can improve our offers, explanations and features
You present data and insights clearly, for example in tables, analyses and presentations for the team
You contribute to developing digital health services and app features: conduct research, develop ideas further, create simple prototypes when needed and help test them with customers
You research and analyze potential cooperation partners to connect and expand our features and services
You help us identify current trends in the health and insurance sectors and support the preparation of new initiatives by organizing workshops

You are studying sports science, health economics, business administration, psychology, business informatics or a related subject and have at least one year of study remaining
You work analytically and in a structured way, handle data carefully and have a basic technical understanding
You are interested in health, digital products and what customers really need
You can put yourself in customers' shoes and present insights clearly
You enjoy working with agile teams and feel comfortable in an international environment
You are confident using common Office tools. Experience with survey tools, Figma or qualitative and quantitative research is welcome but not required.
You communicate confidently in German at B2 level and can also communicate in English at B1 level in everyday work
