What you will do

  • You support our team in managing technical documents for our renewable energy plants (hydropower, wind, solar).
  • The transfer and structuring of documents in our SAP system is one of your tasks.
  • You actively participate in the further development of applications and processes.
  • You digitize technical documents and archive them.
  • The maintenance of datasets and metadata to facilitate document search is within your area of responsibility.
  • You create instructions and help keep operationally relevant information secure and up-to-date.
  • You prepare data for evaluations and analyses (Excel, Pivot tables, PowerQuery).

What you need

  • You are an enrolled student and are interested in renewable energies and technology
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is among your strengths
  • You enjoy working in a team, but you also take responsibility independently and approach tasks thoroughly
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, distinguish you
  • You possess a Class B driving license
