Working Student Travel Expert / Booking Office Staff (f/m/d)

Advise customers by phone, in person, and in writing on travel destinations; book trips in the system and process additional services (luggage transfer, travel cancellation insurance, etc.); send confirmations and travel documents; handle cancellations, voucher orders, and general inquiries.

Full-time studies in tourism or another field with enthusiasm for the travel industry; confident customer advisory skills and strong service orientation; strong communicator who enjoys guest contact; reliable and independent work style; excellent German written and verbal skills; proficient with standard Office programs; passion for travel and tourism products.
