You help create and program online questionnaires, e.g. with Tivian / Unipark or Quantilope, and support the preparation and plausibility checking of survey data
You conduct qualitative interviews and usability tests and support their preparation and structured analysis
You support quantitative data analysis, e.g. with SPSS, and help us draw relevant insights from data
You code and analyze open answers and user feedback and identify relevant patterns and insights
You present study results clearly and visually in PowerPoint presentations and reports
You carry out desk research and topic research and condense different sources of information
After onboarding, you can independently take on smaller research tasks and projects

You study, for example, psychology, social sciences, business psychology, media studies, business administration/marketing, market research or a comparable degree program, and will likely study for at least another 1.5 years
You have first knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and enjoy working intensively with people, data and questions
Ideally, you have already worked with SPSS or a comparable statistics program
First experience in programming online questionnaires, e.g. with Tivian or Unipark, is an advantage
Ideally, you already have some experience with qualitative interviews, or you can well imagine conducting interviews yourself after training
You are confident with PowerPoint and Excel and have a good sense for presenting results clearly
You work in a structured, careful and independent way, are communicative and enjoy teamwork
You are interested in streaming, entertainment, media and digital products
Fluent German skills round off your profile
