What you will do

  • After the successful implementation of a tool for project resource planning, you will accompany the next phase with a focus on queries, ad-hoc trainings, and continuous stakeholder management.
  • You will actively participate in process/tool coordination and communicate closely with team and project managers.
  • This includes supporting the establishment of a continuous improvement process.
  • You will coordinate the development of new use cases in the tool and improve reporting using Excel and optionally Power BI.
  • Supporting offshore projects in creating suitable project planning is part of your responsibilities.
  • You will fully integrate into a project team and gain the opportunity to gather practical experience in processes and organization within large wind offshore projects.
  • Maintaining the data records in the planning tool is part of your daily tasks.

What you need

  • You are an enrolled student of engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Enthusiasm for digital technologies and enjoyment in dealing with data and its organization characterize you
  • You have very good Excel skills, and ideally also experience with Power BI
  • Enjoying contact and actively collaborating in a team with experts from many different disciplines are part of your daily routine
  • You are interested in renewable energies as well as topics related to offshore wind farms and project planning
  • Strong communication skills characterize your way of working
  • You have very good German and English language skills
