What you'll do
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Help advise on and sell technically demanding products and systems
- Maintain and administer databases and price lists independently
- Handle customer inquiries and support daily operations
- Prepare negotiations on technical and commercial customer requirements
- Support the creation of price agreements, offers and contracts
- Contribute to strategic and medium-term sales and revenue planning
- Create customer, market and product presentations
- Prepare reports, analyses and decision documents
- Work with internal interfaces such as sales, product management and finance
What you need
- Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or comparable
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
- Ideally first practical experience in sales, customer management or project management
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal contacts
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
