Content Creator – Writing and optimizing texts for website, social media, newsletter, sales documents, and brochures in the real estate context as well as supporting the creation of press releases. Storyteller – Developing creative storyboards for video content as well as content preparation for shoots and interviews. Research Pro – Independent topic research around real estate and brokerage daily life as a basis for target-group-appropriate content. Digital Native – Maintenance and optimization of website content, creation of landing pages, and SEO-compliant writing. Tech-savvy – Development and application of AI prompts for content creation.

Background – You are in an advanced degree program in Marketing, Journalism, Languages, or a related field. Experience – Ideally you already have practical work experience, whether through working student positions, internships, or vocational training. Preferably you know the basic processes and requirements in modern Content Management and apply this knowledge confidently in practice. Technical Skills – You are familiar with G-Suite, modern Office tools, and Content Management Systems (e.g., Contentful) as well as ChatGPT and other AI tools. Interest – You are enthusiastic about interior, real estate, and lifestyle topics. Combined with your sense of aesthetics, you always find the right words and ideas to prepare content in an exciting and target-group-appropriate way.
