What you will do

  • Support in operational technology management, especially in structuring, maintaining, and analyzing technological data
  • Participation in the introduction, configuration, and further development of digital tools (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, Confluence)
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards, data overviews, and evaluations within technology-related processes
  • Support in planning, organizing, and conducting technology-related events and meetings (e.g., participant management, communication, minute-taking)
  • Preparation of technical content in the form of presentations, documentation, or templates
  • Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the CTO Office

What you need

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Technical Management or comparable field
  • High affinity for IT and ideally experience in using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint or Confluence
  • Analytical understanding as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
