Working Student Compensation / Tax Advisory (f/m/d)

As part of our Global Equity Team within People Advisory Services in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Mannheim, Nuremberg, Munich, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main or Berlin, you advise our clients (listed companies, SMEs and start-ups) on questions regarding compensation and secondment of employees. In our team you will take on diverse tasks, including:

• International consulting on compensation models as well as employee and management participation
• Support of companies of all sizes and industries from start-up to DAX corporation
• Assistance in communication with key contacts of our clients (e.g. HR, Finance, Tax Department and Expatriates) as well as with tax authorities
• Consulting on questions of implementation, (payroll) taxation, accounting and valuation
• Project-based collaboration in interdisciplinary teams (e.g. with EY Law, Transaction Tax, Transaction Advisory, etc.) especially in international country studies in more than 100 countries

Your Skillset:

• Studies in business administration, law, business informatics, business mathematics or similar,
• First practical experience and basic knowledge of tax law (internship or working student activity)
• Good communication skills in German (B2) and English (B2)
