What you'll do
- Support in advising our customers on all questions about service, complaints and quality issues
- Receiving and recording customer inquiries and helping to process complaints
- Maintaining and documenting cases in our ERP and ticket system
- Close cooperation with the warehouse logistics and sales departments as well as external partners
- Helping ensure high customer satisfaction through a positive and service-oriented way of working
What you need
- Enrolled student (f/m/d), ideally with a focus on business administration, logistics, economics or a comparable degree program
- Outgoing, open personality and enjoyment of dealing with customers
- Very good German, spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office applications
