Working Student (f/m/d) for Manufacturing in Combustion Technology

Preparation, coordination, and execution of REFA time and process studies as well as multi-moment recordings and process analyses at selected workstations Support in recording, validating, and analyzing actual, setup, and auxiliary times and comparing results with SAP target times Systematic documentation and evaluation of study results and maintenance of a traceable data basis for work planning Extraction and preparation of manufacturing and quality data from SAP, MES, and Excel as well as creation, maintenance, and continuous further development of Power BI reports and dashboards Support of shopfloor digitalization and process automation, including replacement of manual Excel evaluations and development of simple automation solutions with Power Automate or Python Support in the operational manufacturing and 5S environment, including tracking of manufacturing orders, missing parts, and bottleneck materials, maintenance of technical documentation and master data, and participation in shopfloor walks, 5S audits, and measure tracking

Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable technical/commercial field REFA basic training or equivalent proof of training at least at basic level Basic understanding of manufacturing environments, Lean Production principles, 5S methodology, and shopfloor processes REFA certificate and knowledge of REFA methodology, time studies, process recording, and structured data collection Proficient use of Power BI as well as knowledge of data extraction and analysis from SAP, MES, and Excel; ideally basic knowledge of Python or Power Automate Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented way of working and enjoyment of collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment
