What you'll do
- You support the team in documenting research processes by taking notes during meetings and phone calls and carefully preparing them in Excel, Word or PowerPoint
- You help with logistics tasks by receiving orders, checking delivery notes and carrying out inventories
- You write info emails in German and English, support internal communication and make sure relevant information is passed on promptly
- You lend a hand with dismantling, transporting and setting up IT equipment
- You prepare orders, obtain and compare quotes and carry out targeted research
What you need
- You are currently studying successfully at a German university
- You have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- You are familiar with writing minutes and documenting work results with images
- You have basic knowledge of research and of logistics tasks such as inventories and orders
- You work carefully, are team-oriented and show initiative when supporting different areas
- Very good German skills and good English skills
