What you will do

You will learn about the challenges of billing in e-commerce, as well as working with distributors and retailers, where you will be jointly responsible for invoicing.
You will support us with various operational activities typical of an accounting department, such as invoice checking and travel expense reports, and will also help with month-end closing.
You will independently be responsible for smaller areas of the accounting department and accordingly also for balance sheet activities.
You will prepare regular filings, such as VAT filings in Germany and abroad, as well as statistical reports.
You will help develop existing accounting tools and processes, especially through the use of AI, which is one of your great strengths.
You will work closely with the team and other departments, always as equals.

Ongoing studies in finance, business administration, economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting
You have initial knowledge of accounting, especially German Commercial Code (HGB), as well as a basic understanding of VAT; experience with ERP systems is ideal
With your knowledge of common AI tools, such as Claude or Claude Code, you are one of the AI Heroes
You work independently and in a structured way, contribute your own ideas, and want to make a difference
Teamwork is not just a buzzword for you but an attitude
You have very good German and good English skills
You are available for at least 15 hours per week
