What you'll do

Plan and schedule incoming service tickets for our heat-pump customers.
Coordinate the daily routes of our service technicians and ensure efficient utilisation.
Be the contact person for appointment coordination and ensure that everyone involved has the relevant information.
Identify urgent cases, such as heating failures, and ensure they are scheduled quickly.
Always keep track of ongoing assignments, capacities and short-notice changes.

You are an enrolled student with a service-oriented approach and enjoy working with people.
You are organised and structured when handling customer requests efficiently.
You enjoy communicating with customers, especially by phone.
Ideally, you have experience in dispatching, workforce scheduling or service coordination.
You work quickly but carefully and with a strong customer focus.
You have excellent German skills.
