Working Student Change & Communication Data Platform (m/f/d)

Stakeholder communication: you help prepare target-group-specific content such as presentations, status updates, FAQs, newsletters or information materials. Information hub: you support the set-up and maintenance of a central information platform in SharePoint and ensure content is up-to-date, structured and clearly presented. Workshop & event management: you assist in planning and preparing office hours, town-hall formats and other information events. Change support: you assist in the structured support of the migration from SAP BW to Snowflake, help make changes understandable for different stakeholders and participate in planning, tracking and implementing change measures. Training & enablement: you help design and coordinate training formats and support the structured preparation of learning and information materials.

You are an enrolled student in a communication-related degree programme (e.g. communication studies, marketing or similar) for at least one more year. Analytical thinking: you can quickly grasp complex issues, structure them logically and formulate them clearly. Independence & organisation: you prioritise your tasks independently, keep an overview and complete your work conscientiously. Communication skills & team spirit: you are outgoing, approach various stakeholders openly and enjoy working in a team. Language skills: you have very good German language skills in both spoken and written form (CEFR level C1 or higher).
