Working Student Finance - Grant Management (f/m/d)

• Insights into the financing of publicly funded research projects and participation in grant reporting
• Analysis and verification of financial and hourly data as well as support with financial proofs
• Co-creation of digital and AI-supported processes for automation and optimization of our finance processes
• Participation in the introduction of our new ERP system and the further development of our data and reporting structures

• You are studying business administration or a comparable degree program and have a good understanding of numbers
• You work carefully and reliably, are well organized and enjoy communicating
• You have good German and English skills and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are IT-savvy, enjoy learning new things and are interested in digitalization, automation and AI
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
