Working Student Research-Based Venture Development & Funding Strategy

Conducting structured literature, technology, market and competitive research for the scientific classification and identification of potential application fields in the area of XAI Scientific support in the preparation of research proposals, in particular through research and elaboration on application potentials, scientific exploitation, expected impacts and transfer perspectives of research results in the area of XAI Systematic documentation and preparation of findings from completed and ongoing research proposals to support scientific project planning and proposal writing in the area of XAI

Enrollment in a full-time Master's program in business administration, economics, innovation management or a related field with very good grades Sound knowledge of empirical research methods (quantitative and/or qualitative), demonstrated e.g. by a thesis, research seminars or work as a student research assistant Familiarity with literature on entrepreneurship, innovation, technology transfer or venture capital Strong analytical skills in Excel; experience with statistical tools (e.g. R, Stata or Python) is an advantage Confident and methodical use of LLMs for research, analysis and writing tasks Genuine interest in AI and at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship and investment Ability to write clearly and persuasively in English, both scientifically and for a non-academic audience; German language skills are an advantage Structured, independent working style and the ability to explain complex issues simply Please include a detailed transcript of records and a cover letter with your application.
