Work on projects and support the care of the telephony landscape of Mercedes-Benz sales and the logistics centers in Germany
Support with site migrations, carve-outs and phone number takeovers
Documentation and communication of project progress
Optimizing phone availability at the supported locations
Realizing ideas to save costs in the telephony area
Reviewing and optimizing telephony processes
Close collaboration with internal business partners (e.g. call center areas) to understand their needs and develop and implement tailored solutions
Product ownership, incident and change management
Coordination and steering of internal and external IT service providers for faults, changes and technical adjustments
Analysis and follow-up of complex telephony faults across several systems and technical areas of responsibility
Coordination of root cause analyses and derivation and follow-up of technical measures
Support with provision, replacement, migration and decommissioning of telephony devices and phone numbers
Support with specific challenges of telephony users
Escalation management

Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable programs with above-average performance
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Confident use of MS Office products
Basic knowledge of networking (e.g. MAC and IP addresses) and experience with ServiceNow are an advantage but not required
Strong ability to combine technical and business questions
High degree of independence and strong communication skills
