Working Student Communication & Webdesign (WordPress)

Design and develop websites: You support the structure, conception, design, and continuous maintenance of our project websites with WordPress. Maintain and optimize web content: You create and update pages, texts, images, and other content and ensure an appealing, user-friendly presentation. Shape digital communication: You develop creative communication materials, graphics, and presentations for our research projects. Co-design social media: You support the planning, creation, and publication of posts for our social media channels. Coordinate project communication: You support coordination with our national and international project partners.

You are enrolled at a German university, ideally in a degree program such as media, communication, marketing, media design, media informatics, or a comparable subject. You have good practical knowledge of WordPress and already have experience in building, designing, and maintaining websites. You have a good sense for web design, layout, and user-friendly design. Ideally, you are familiar with page builders like Elementor as well as basic HTML and CSS adjustments. You have experience with graphics and design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva. You can prepare content clearly, creatively, and target-group-oriented. You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. You work independently, structured, and reliably and enjoy collaborating in an international team.
