What you'll do

## Your Tasks

You support our customers with their inquiries and concerns and are the first point of contact by phone and email.
Your focus is on telephone customer support, as well as the reliable processing of incoming emails.
You work in a fixed team and assist with the processing and forwarding of customer concerns.
You work closely with various operational teams at Enpal to resolve concerns in a structured manner.
You continuously develop yourself through regular training on our products, processes, and internal procedures.

## Your Profile

Enrolled student with a service-oriented work approach and enjoyment in dealing with people.
You have very good German skills (at least C1) in word and writing.
You are a communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality with strong team spirit.
You already have initial experience in customer support or similar areas, or are an ambitious career changer.
You have a positive, open charisma and place great value on reliable and service-oriented customer support.
