What you will do

Supporting the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations during a restructuring.
Preparing employment-law topics, such as collecting data and preparing hearings, reviewing policies, and preparing and following up on employment-law cases.
Creating and maintaining HR documentation, analyses and presentations.
Supporting organizational and administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Creating presentations, documents and decision templates for managers and committees.
Supporting communication with internal stakeholders such as managers, employees and the works council.
Supporting HR projects focused on process optimization and implementing employment-law requirements.

You are an enrolled student, ideally studying business administration with a focus on HR, business law, law or a comparable subject.
You are interested in employment law and human resources matters.
You are confident using MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You work in a structured and careful manner.
Ideally, you have initial professional experience and/or commercial vocational training.
You are discreet, reliable and highly responsible.
You have strong communication skills and a professional, dependable manner.
You are motivated to proactively familiarize yourself with complex issues and take on responsibility.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
