What you will do

Operations support – You support the Entrepreneur in Residence with day-to-day work: customer onboarding, communication, documentation, and coordination with the external development team. We need you on two to three fixed days per week, partly on site.
Customer support – You are the point of contact for incoming inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and help ensure a smooth user experience.
Market and research – You monitor competitors, research potential customers and partnerships, and prepare decision-making materials.

Studies – You are studying business administration, business informatics, humanities, psychology, or a comparable subject, ideally from your third semester onward.
Organizational skills – You keep track of things, work in a structured way, and do not lose focus even when handling several tasks at the same time.
Initiative – You do not wait for instructions but ask questions, think ahead, and take action.
Language skills – You speak German and English very well.
