Supporting the HR Business Partners in operational HR management and tasks along the employee lifecycle
Creating cover letters, reports, presentations and other employee communication
Working with other HR areas in various HR processes and being involved in ongoing HR projects
Maintaining HR information systems and personnel documents and information
Supporting the HR Business Partners in handling measures under labor law, collective agreements and works constitution law

You are studying human resources management, economics, business administration, (business) psychology or a comparable degree with a focus on HR
Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in HR management or you are willing to learn the HR topics
You feel confident using MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Strong commitment and dedication combined with a structured and independent way of working set you apart
Teamwork, communication skills and good organizational skills round off your profile
