Ensure data quality: check recorded information for completeness, plausibility, and quality, developing a sense for details and possible inconsistencies. Exchange with departments: coordinate with submitting departments on queries, gain insight into different work areas, obtain technical information in a targeted manner. Shape processes: contribute to the further development of the structure and process around the AI use case portfolio, bring in own ideas. Get to know AI in the corporate context: practical insight into how AI applications are identified, documented, and further developed in a company – valuable experience at the intersection of digitalization, departments, and processes.
What you need
You are enrolled as a full-time student at a domestic university or university of applied sciences and can support us for at least one year as a working student with up to 20 hours per week. Initial experience from an internship or working student position, e.g., in project management, innovation management, or a comparable environment, is an advantage. AI applications and operational processes are not entirely foreign to you. Ideally, you already have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to AI and data protection, such as the EU AI Act or GDPR. You recognize data protection-relevant information and handle it with appropriate sensitivity. You are proficient in MS Office, especially with very good Excel skills, which you can apply to the preparation and maintenance of information. Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2). You value structure and thoroughness: even with recurring tasks, you keep an overview and can quickly capture, meaningfully summarize, and transfer information from different sources and formats into predefined structures. In exchanges with various departments, you approach others openly, have no hesitation in actively asking questions, and obtain technical information in a targeted manner when needed.
