What you will do

You conceive, produce and edit video content for YouTube and Instagram (Shorts, Reels, Stories).
You plan and maintain the editorial calendar for our social media channels.
You create visuals for posts, thumbnails and campaigns.
You keep an eye on TV and social media trends and quickly turn them into suitable formats.
You evaluate the performance of our content, for example in YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights, and derive improvements from it.
You support collaboration with creators as well as coordination with TV broadcasters and content partners.
You support website projects in our CMS.

You are enrolled at a university, ideally studying media, communications, marketing, film, design or a comparable subject.
You have already gained professional experience in social media or content, for example through an internship, working student position or agency.
You can confidently edit vertical videos, for example with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and create appealing visuals, for example with Canva or Photoshop.
You know the formats and mechanics of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, not just as a user.
You work independently and in a structured manner and proactively contribute your own ideas.
You speak German at native level and have good English skills.
Experience with AI tools for video, images or text is a plus.
