- Support employment-law matters related to individual personnel measures
- Prepare documents for works council hearings and the personnel committee
- Process reported violations of the work regulations
- Organize and document various meetings and appointments
What you need
- Studying employment law, business law or a comparable subject, including during a gap year
- Good to very good academic performance
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Structured and independent working style, with the willingness to advance tasks proactively and as part of a team
- German language skills at B2 level
