What you will do

You support the Complaint Handling Team in complaint management and are responsible for forwarding complaint parts.
You support the Complaint Handling Team in closing complaints.
You support the automation of processes to further advance digitization.

You are studying in a medical, technical, or IT field, ideally medical technology, medicine, computer science, or electrical engineering.
You are confident using MS Office applications.
Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of medical technology and quality management.
Basic knowledge of the MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) or Copilot is an advantage.
You have fluent German and English skills.
You have good analytical skills and work in a structured manner.
Communication and teamwork are among your strengths.
You are available to us for at least one year, preferably longer term.
