Support the development team in building and improving AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot and GitHub.
Prepare technical documents, data and knowledge sources for structured use by AI agents.
Develop and improve skills, prompts and Markdown workflows to represent tasks and processes in a structured way for AI agents.
Test and improve existing agents for quality, reliability and practical use in development.
Help standardize existing agent solutions and adapt them to other products and use cases.

You are studying Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a comparable technical subject, ideally at master's level with a completed bachelor's degree.
You have some practical experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs) or AI agents.
Ideally, you have already worked with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or comparable AI tools.
You have basic knowledge of software development, scripting languages and structured data formats, such as Python, Markdown, JSON or YAML.
Experience with technical documentation, knowledge management, RAG concepts or automated workflows is an advantage.
You have a strong interest in AI technologies and enjoy putting new digital solutions into practice.
You work in a structured, analytical way and can prepare complex technical content for use by AI systems.
You have a good understanding of prompt engineering and the systematic control of AI agents, or want to develop these skills further.
You show initiative, enjoy experimenting and can independently test, assess and continuously improve solutions.
You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working with experts from different technical fields.
