What you will do

You will handle a wide range of tasks in operational HR work, such as supporting hiring, working-time or income changes
You will support the team in day-to-day business and take on tasks independently
You will support our Local HR Business Partners in preparing various consultations, for example on phased retirement
You will actively support us with employment-law clarifications
You will also prepare PowerPoint presentations and help process various data

You are currently studying business administration, business education, psychology or a comparable degree programme, ideally specialising in HR, and are available to us long-term for approximately 15 hours per week
You have a strong interest in HR topics and ideally already have initial practical experience in this area
You have a solid command of MS Office 365 applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with SAP is an advantage
Ideally, you already have initial knowledge and experience with generative AI in HR and enjoy identifying and helping shape practical applications of AI
Excellent communication skills, accuracy and independent working are among your strengths
You have very good German and English skills, enabling you to formulate precisely and expressively in both languages
You are motivated and able to quickly familiarise yourself with a wide range of topics and areas of responsibility
