You support our team with organizational tasks in daily work as well as in the preparation and follow-up of workshops, e.g. by taking minutes, tracking action items, creating and distributing presentations as well as booking rooms and workplaces
You help us with the structuring and digital preparation of information and instructions, e.g. in Microsoft Loop
You support us in digitalizing and automating recurring tasks, e.g. with Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Agents
You contribute your own ideas on how we can make our daily team work simpler and more efficient

You are studying in a technical or business direction, e.g. medical technology, business administration, management, business administration, etc. and are ideally available to us for a year or longer
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
First experience with Microsoft Loop, Power Automate or Copilot Agents is desirable
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and keep an overview even with multiple topics
You are communicative and a team player
You are digitalization-affine and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools
You have good German and English language skills
