Support the implementation of AI-based optimization initiatives in the development environment
Analysis of existing processes and derivation of automation and improvement potentials
Development and prototyping of solutions with Microsoft tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and other AI technologies
Building and maintaining structured knowledge (e.g. knowledge databases, prompt libraries, documentation)
Support the integration of AI applications into existing workflows as well as creation of concepts, documentation and best practices for the use of AI in the team
Collaboration with various departments in an agile environment

Current studies in the field of computer science, industrial engineering, data science, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline
First experience in dealing with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents is required
Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript or similar) as well as knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Power Automate and Copilot Studio or comparable tools are desirable
Interest in process optimization, digitalization and new technologies
Structured and independent working style as well as strong problem-solving skills
Very good English and good German language skills
