What you'll do
Support Claims team in processing and resolving logistics claims, increasing process efficiency. Contribute digitalization affinity, improve claims processes and collaboration with logistics providers. Operational daily business support: administrative tasks, ensure information flow.
What you need
Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics management or comparable. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Interest in digitalization and research. Basic knowledge of logistics and business processes. Structured, committed work style, high willingness to learn. Business-fluent German and good English.
