What you'll do
Maintain order confirmations and organize connection of new suppliers to a robot for automated data processing. Invoice verification and clarification, optimization towards automated data processing with AI tools. Participate in digitalization topics: automation of standard processes, creation of dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for KPI evaluation.
What you need
Studies with digitalization/AI focus, high IT affinity, available 20 hrs/week. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with tools for digitalization and process automation. SAP knowledge a plus. Fluent German.
