What you will do

  • Planning and development of sustainable real estate projects
  • Holistic project management including schedule, cost, and quality control
  • Consulting and representation of the client
  • Processing of real estate projects in cooperation with public authorities
  • Development of ecologically and economically sustainable solutions
  • Support in contract negotiations and preparation of presentations, schedules, budget overviews, and feasibility studies

What you need

  • Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), or a comparable field of study in advanced stages
  • Knowledge of basic construction principles and processes, supplemented by desirable knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD programs
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • German language skills at an independent user level (at least B2)
  • Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented work environment
  • A compelling cover letter is desirable
