What you'll do
Creation of short videos for social media or other marketing purposes Telephone contact for initial pre-selection and personal getting-to-know candidates Documentation of conversations and creation of an initial professional and personal assessment Support with further tasks in the training area, such as IT onboarding or contract creation
What you need
Current studies in business administration or a comparable field Practical experience in creating and editing videos Confident use of MS Office applications Strong communication skills, especially in telephone exchanges High degree of reliability, sense of responsibility, perseverance, and an open and friendly demeanor Fluent German skills in written and spoken form
