You support the maintenance and updating of our databases to ensure smooth allocation of national and international consultants
You are actively involved in communication with our consulting staff and help exchange information efficiently
You also contribute to the creation and evaluation of reports by analysing quantitative data and deriving meaningful insights
Finally, you help continuously optimise internal processes in staffing and resource management

Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Business Informatics or a comparable subject at a German university
Experience and knowledge:
You ideally have initial practical experience in HR and working with databases
You have experience with quantitative evaluations and can derive valid conclusions from them
You are very confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
Work style: You impress with a sense of responsibility, discretion and a fine feeling for handling sensitive data
Language skills: You communicate fluently in German and English
