What you'll do
You share your knowledge about nursing practice in hospitals Together with the team, you develop concrete requirements for data quality You identify errors, edge cases, and patterns in the data and formulate concrete improvement suggestions
What you need
You have completed training or practical experience in nursing in a hospital context You know the working reality of nurses in hospitals from practice and can empathize with their expectations Curiosity about how AI can relieve nurses in daily work You work independently, reliably, and keep track even with multiple tasks Willingness to participate in weekly team meetings You are enrolled at a German university and can work 20 hours per week
