What you will do

  • Comprehensive insights into the working methods and processes of a large bank over a period we are happy to coordinate individually
  • Extensive input on business law, including focus on capital market law, credit law, and corporate law
  • Active support of our lawyers in daily business, e.g., preparation of short legal opinions and memos on individual legal questions
  • Participation in meetings with our specialist departments on legal topics

What you need

  • You have been studying law for at least four semesters with the goal of passing both state examinations; a focus on business law is an advantage
  • Ideally you have already gained initial practical experience relevant to our industry
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • As a committed team player, you are enthusiastic about new things and score with an analytical eye for detail
