What you'll do
Market & Potential Analyses: Analysis of market potentials, customer segments, and use cases for the targeted prioritization of our sales and growth initiatives Process Development: Support in building scalable and efficient processes for the introduction of new products, features, and business models Competitive & Trend Analyses: Observation of market and competitive developments and derivation of valuable insights Sales Operations: You support the sales team through research and presentations. In addition, you maintain our CRM tool to provide the sales team with a reliable data basis for decisions Evaluations: You analyse sales data and potential locations and prepare the results for sales and management
What you need
Your Background: You are currently studying business administration (e.g., BWL, VWL, or a comparable degree programme) and ideally have first practical experience from the startup, consulting, or strategy environment Analytical Excellence: You work in a structured manner, quickly grasp complex interrelationships, and make decisions based on data and facts Hands-on Mentality: You tackle topics independently, like to take responsibility, and find pragmatic solutions even for new challenges Team Spirit & Drive: You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute your own ideas, and want to make a difference together Communication Strength: You express yourself clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner and can prepare work results convincingly for various stakeholders Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and have very good written and spoken English skills
