- Supporting the Global Process Owner and Head of Claims & Change Management in daily operational activities and coordination tasks
- Assisting in the tracking, documentation, and evaluation of change requests and quality claims
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and status reports for internal stakeholders
What you need
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field at an accredited German university
- Initial practical experience through internships or previous working student positions in a corporate environment
- Fluency in English; German language skills considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, reporting capabilities, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Claims Management and Change Management support processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), database maintenance, and effective written and verbal communication skills
